The Buoy 17471 was disconnected and underwent a comprehensive inspection and assessment. An inspection report was issued, including certification recommendations. Detailed engineering was completed to define the scope for buoy refurbishment, certification, and the development of a bulk MTO for the overhaul. Additionally, Buoy 1448 was disconnected and towed to WAV Base Onne for inspection, cleaning, and dismantling/disposal.
